This tension clamp’s shell was made of aluminum alloy, by dip casting technology. Bail was made of stainless steel, provide high mechanical strength up to 8KN.Self-adjustable
wedge was made of 1st grade UV resistant thermoplastic and allow tool free installation. Clamp can be attached on polebrackets or hook.
Overhead tension clamps passed a series of standard related type tests which are available in our internal laboratory,such as +70℃~-40℃Temperature and humidity cycling test,
Tensile strength test,Aging test,Corrosion resistance test etc.
