Parallel GrooveClamp CUPGSeries
CUPG series parallel groove clamps are used for tapping or joining hard drawn or annealed copper conductors.
• The clamps are forged, not extruded, which creates a high strength clamp.
• Slotted holes allow adjustment for varying conductors on each side.
• High strength bolts, and tapped threads in the clamp base allow tightening to high torques with a single spanner.
• Forged design allows “gripping grooves” to be forged into the conductor clamp area, for greater conductivity, and pull strength.
